My profession is the development of indidviduals, agile teams and organizations, my passion is the creation of customer-centric solutions and the set-up and development of remote teams and new work structures.
My academic background is in International Business (German Diploma) and International Economics (M.A.).
I have worked in different industries and positions and the common thread of my work is being in the interface between business and IT, looking at the strategy and vision as much as the execution and getting results.
I see myself as a world citizen. I love to explore new countries and cultures and write about my experiences on my travel blog. Also, I am an Alumni of AIESEC.
